2. Return Eligibility
We accept returns or replacements only if:

The item is defective or damaged upon delivery

The wrong item was delivered

The item is missing parts or accessories as advertised

Note: Returns are not accepted for change-of-mind or non-defective items due to our Cash on Delivery model.

3. Return Request Window
You must notify us of any issue within 3 days of receiving your order.

Description of the issue

Clear photos of the item and packaging (if damaged or incorrect)

4. Condition of Returned Items
To be eligible for a return or replacement:

The item must be unused and in its original packaging

All tags, labels, manuals, and accessories must be intact

5. Replacements
Once your return request is approved, we will offer a replacement for the same item. 

6. No Refunds Policy
As all orders are processed using cash on delivery, we do not issue refunds. Our policy allows for replacements only under eligible circumstances.

7. Shipping for Returns
In case of a return, our support team will coordinate with you regarding pick-up or return shipping instructions. We do not charge customers for return shipping in eligible cases.
